Casino Rides Refund Policy
At Casino Rides, we strive to provide reliable transportation and delivery services.
No-Shows: If a customer fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location at the agreed time, the booking will be considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for a refund.
Scheduled Cancellations: Cancellations made in advance of the scheduled service time will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Late Cancellations or Changes: May be subject to reduced or no refund depending on timing and driver assignment status.
All refund requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
